  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with detailed return instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the product to the return address provided by our team.

Please do not send a return without receiving prior authorization from our support team.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Glow Trendy Bags is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Process

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product according to our return policy and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
